News on College Green

Brick By Brick, as a local company owned by Croydon Council, are genuinely keen to receive feedback from residents on our proposals for new homes. Development is not always popular with local people, however, with an ongoing housing crisis and the need for more homes of all tenures across the borough, it is essential.

How do I provide my feedback?

With social contact now restricted as advised by the Government, the best way for residents to share their views on our proposals for new homes in College Green, is through the Commonplace online platform. We want to incorporate constructive local feedback into our plans so we're able to provide homes and buildings that suit the local community. You can view and comment on the plans here: https://collegegreen.commonplace.is/ .

If any resident is unable to engage with this platform, we suggest that they contact us by calling 020 3034 2566 so that we can send them hard copies of the proposals, along with a paper copy of the questionnaire.

We are also seeking to test a web-based conferencing facility which will give residents the opportunity to discuss the proposals with the project team. Any updates on this, and progress with the scheme generally, will be posted on the Commonplace Latest News page. Pease ensure that you have subscribed to Commonplace to receive these updates.

A leaflet including the above message will be delivered to homes in the College Green area over this weekend.
