Brick By Brick proposals for new homes in College Green - engagement update

Thank you to everyone that attended our webinar yesterday evening. It was a new experience for us and we are reviewing how it went and what improvements can be made.

We acknowledge that some people experienced technical difficulties and have decided to offer residents who were unable to participate fully in the webinar, a one to one telephone engagement opportunity. We will hold three separate sessions; one with the architect, one with the transport consultant and one with the landscape architect, as detailed below. Residents will have an opportunity to ask the project team questions about the proposals and provide their feedback. We will keep Commonplace open for comments until 4pm on Monday 20 April, to reflect this additional period of engagement.

Wednesday 15th April, between 2pm-6pm

BBB and Mae

Telephone consultations with residents with design-related queries only

Thursday 16th April, between 9am-1pm

BBB and Steer

Telephone consultations with residents with transport-related queries only

Thursday 16th April, between 2pm - 6pm

BBB and Planit

Telephone consultations with residents with landscaping-related queries only

If you would like book a 15 minute call back , please email us at info@wearebrickbybrick.com or call 020 3034 2566.

If you are aware of any residents that would like to speak with us about the proposals but do not have access to the internet, please do let them know about this update and encourage them to phone us to book a call back.

We aim to publish a further news update on Commonplace next week, with answers to questions raised during the webinar.

At the end of the engagement process, we will review all the comments received, and where appropriate and feasible to do so, we will work with the project team to make amendments to our proposals. Once we have submitted a Planning Application, there will then be a further opportunity for residents to review the plans and formally comment to the council, as the Local Planning Authority, on the proposed scheme.

Thank you once again to those that were able to engage with us yesterday evening and we look forward to speaking with you again soon.
